Introduction of reviews by Steve.......   

 At one time I had vacation visit books in my units, that I would take reviews from, but at some point they began to be misused.  I found myself erasing parts of some pages and removing others......got rid of the books.  For years we did not request or have an entry area for reviews aside from site pages we used such as VRBO, Great Rentals and others.  The below are bits and pieces of our past years and we will try to secure future stays to add.  

 In 2021 we sold our 3 bedroom tower unit so to fill the space we invited Bobbie to join us.  Bobbie is the owner/operator of her unit.  Her unit is also first floor tower, as ours was, but is located in the south wing offering a great gulf/beach view and quick access to both the indoor/outdoor pool and beach.  

 Cheryl and I have been very fortunate to have had great folks stay with us in the past and we do our best to offer a non cluttered, current, efficient, and tasteful unit at a reasonable price.........

We have been coming to the 30A area for several years now. Steve and Cheryl's condo at Pinnacle Port has been our favorite, hands down. It is cozy, well stocked, and offers amazing views of the Gulf. You are also only steps from the sand after a quick elevator ride. My family and I felt like we blinked and it was already time to go home. We made SO many wonderful memories. Aside from that, Steve, was the most attentive condo owner we have ever worked with. He provided a detailed list of places to eat, and things to do, and called to make sure we arrived safely. He also called and wished us safe travels home. We tried several of his recommendations for dinner. Salty Sue's was the overall family favorite. Great service and awesome food. We are already planning to rebook for next year. My crew gives this place five stars. If you are looking for a beach front condo, this one will not  disappoint!

  If you want awesome ocean views, in a wonderfully appointed vacation rental with an attentive and accommodating owner this is the place! This is our 4th stay in Steve’s condo and our 12th stay in Pinnacle Port.  We love this condo! It is spacious with updated appliances and plenty of amenities in an oceanfront location. Convenient parking right outside the building.  One of the pools in the complex, shuffleboard, bocce ball, grills and playground right adjacent to the building.  Enjoy the crystal clear blue water and majestic sunsets from the unit balcony or on the beach. The unit is fully equipped with everything you need to make your time at the beach enjoyable.     Pinnacle Port is a quiet and relaxing area just a short distance from all the action you could want.

We have had a wonderful two weeks here at Pinnacle Port!  It is just a lovely place, and such a great location!  We definitely want to return for two weeks next summer!  I don’t know when your “late summer rates” begin next year.  If they start on the first of August, we could even do three weeks.  If they start on the 8th, we are definitely in for two weeks.  We did go to check out the 3 bedroom.  It’s a interesting layout, but we prefer the one-level 2 bedroom unit.  Thanks for letting us look at it.  Again, we had a great stay in your condo!  Can’t wait to come back!  Andrea and Michael

 Hi, Steve - I wasn't sure where to place the review - so if you can load it to the other reviews, please. Having just returned from Pinnacle Port and staying for a week in this two-bedroom unit, would like to say how much we enjoyed working with Steve to rent this very nice condo with absolutely breathtaking views.  The wonder of Pinnacle Port is its location and the many amenities it has to offer. If you feel like being on the beach, you're just steps away from it. If you prefer to walk around the property with a view of Lake Powell, it's a beautiful site to behold. The property has swings made for more than one person where you can watch the fish jump in the lake, watch the egrets perch up on the fishing dock or close your eyes, relax and just listen to the birds. Two pools on the property -- one of which was heated - but both provide very nice changing/bathroom areas.  Steve and Cheryl furnish everything needed to settle in for the week, cook in when we didn't want to go out for a meal. The balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy the beautiful view of the ocean (keeping an eye out for dolphins) and gazing at the star-filled skies. We watched in amazement at the glorious sunrise just outside our door as the sun came up over Lake Powell.  We arrived at Pinnacle Port in need of rest and relaxation and left feeling refreshed and taking with us many special memories of our stay.  Thanks again, Steve and Cheryl, for allowing us to rent from you and for being so great to work with!  We make every effort to care for anyone else's property as if it were our own and were blessed to have stayed in your condo.

We had a fantastic time in PCB last week.  Your three-bedroom condo was perfect for our getaway.  The place was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked.  You've gone out of your way to make this a true home away from home, and we so appreciated it!  We'll definitely be back. Steve:Just a quick note to let you know how much we enjoyed staying in your Pinnacle Port 2 bedroom condo last week.  The weather was wonderful and the beach perfect (until 2 pm Friday when red tide rolled in L).  We look forward to booking with you next year and will hopefully be able to book both condos for the same week as extended family is planning to come with us next year and will need 3 beds.  I wanted to let you know I gave your info to Carol and Bob (maybe….not sure of last name) an older couple we met on the beach from the Atlanta area and to Tyler (he is a relative looking for a backup honeymoon place for 2nd week of October.  They are booked in SC but not sure if anything will be left there after the storm and flooding rain).  It is up to them to be in touch with you. If you ever decide to sell the 2 bdrm unit in the future, let us know.  We loved it!Debbie

New Carillon Beach/ Panama City Favorite!

This great right-on-the-beach condo exceeded our expectations! It is more spacious than the pictures can show and has had regular updates. Our family of 5 (3 teen boys) rested well here in clean rooms, comfortable beds and couches, and no noise from other condos. Everyone agreed that this condo is the decided winner for a relaxing vacation! The balcony deck was regularly frequented by all as we repeatedly soaked in the view of the gorgeous gulf, the majestic moon over the water, and the glorious stars. (This is the view from the Master bedroom!) Out the opposite side is the tropical view of Powell Lake, especially beautiful at sunrise. The beach is just steps to the elevator, and then around the corner: effortless for enjoying the gulf! Easy to access by boardwalk ramp, the beach is beautifully peaceful; it was not at all crowded. We found shells at times too. The ramp shower and water hose helped rinse away sand after shore-time. We loved preparing local seafood in the well-stocked kitchen for family meals in. The floor plan was very convenient, yet allowed for privacy. Updated appliances made cooking, doing dishes, and laundry easy. The owners were SO hospitable, offering helpful suggestions for the area, and were immediately accessible by phone when I needed to communicate about our trip. The easy to understand rental paperwork arrived promptly as promised (and so did our returned deposit after our stay.) This was our second stay in the Pinnacle Port area of Carillon/PCB. When we return, we will stay here again. Worth mentioning, we appreciated the added security of the gated community. I have already recommended this condo to a number of friends, and can't wait for the next time we will return. ENJOY this jewel and rent with confidence!

 We really enjoyed our stay at Pinnacle Port. Steve and Cheryl were so kind, giving us suggestions for places to eat and advice for visiting the area. Their home was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a great week. It's a quiet area away from all the busyness of Panama City, but close enough if you'd like to drive there for entertainment. There is a note in each bathroom of the condo letting you know the hot water is temperamental, but no complaints about that when you get to be on that beautiful beach! We felt comfortable and safe and would stay at Steve and Cheryl's again.

I don't ordinarily take the time to write reviews but felt compelled to after a great stay last month at the Pinnacle Port. This unit was in terrific condition and very comfortable. The private deck overlooking the beach was perfect for breakfast as well as enjoying a glass of wine at sunset. The location is great as well, being just a few minutes from shops, grocery store, and other cute beach towns. The owners are super nice and were kind enough to ship some clothing we had accidentally left behind for our toddler. It's always nice to do business with good people.

 This was my 3rd time to Pinnacle Port in two years. this is a wonderful place place close to everything, grocery stores restaurants. This condo was the very Best on the 5th floor you have a wonderful view. It is very stylish, comfortable with everything you will need.  Just a few steps and your on the Beach with white powdery beaches and clear greens and blue waters. I would love to go back to Steven and Cheryl condo again. We were lucky enough to get to stay for 4 weeks. I have never stayed for more than 1 week before, this was the best. You have everything you will need at your fingertips.  It was very easy to work everything out with Steven. We will be back.  I found different colored shells I had never seen before. I try to go to the Gulf every year.  Great experience!.....

We have stayed on the property several times, and this was one of the nicest condos. It was clean and well-equipped, and very comfortable. The owner was extremely helpful in renting the condo and advising us about shops and restaurants in the area. Close to the grills and the beach. When I am on vacation I still want all the comforts of home and this condo has them all. The kitchen is well stocked with all utensils and cooking supplies needed to prepare meals if you choose. The condo was very clean. Booking with the owner was very easy and efficient. We have stayed at the Pinnacle Port property a few times and this condo was one of the best. Staying in the mid-rise condos to me is much better than staying in the main tower. The access to the beach is so close. You are close to the smaller pool and the grilling area. Parking is never a problem. The views from the balcony can not be beat. The pictures on this website of the condo are exactly how the condo is when you arrive. You can not beat this property or condo. We would never stay any where else in Panama City Beach. If you want the party scene this is not for you-it is quiet, uncrowded and perfect. 

Beautiful Pinnacle Port Location...

My choice of star is Good as I was pleased with the condo and thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful view of the beach and gulf. There were also many amenities that could be taken advantage of. It is a wonderful place to have a vacation and suitable for people of all ages. I also found Steve to be very cooperative and helpful. I would be very happy to spend another vacation here and hope that I can.  Last minute stay in Panama City Beach.....

I cannot say enough good things about our recent stay in Pinnacle Port! We booked a very last minute trip in September. The owner, Steve, was wonderful. He made the whole process so easy. The condo was exactly as pictured and the unit was very clean. The view from the balcony is breathtaking (especially the sunsets). Pinnacle Port itself is a fantastic place for families to stay. There are two very nice pools on site and a seasonal snack bar. You can rent kayaks, canoes, and stand-up paddle boards from the rental office at a very reasonable rate. We loved kayaking on Lake Powell. I have already recommended this condo to friends. We would absolutely stay here again :)

We love Pinnacle Port because of its unique location, the clean, spacious beach and the condo's amenities. Although we have rented units at Pinnacle Port from others, we prefer to work with Cheryl and Steve. They take great care in the details. Our family has rented the 2-bedroom and the 3 bedroom units and both have been clean and appointed as promised.  We were very pleased with this condo. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Looking out the only thing we saw was the gulf and the condo next door. The property was very well maintained. The condo was spotless when we arrived and had all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. Also, the renters were very nice to deal with.

My husband and I vacationed at the west end of Panama City Beach at Pinnacle Port with our three children and were very impressed. This was a very unique vacation environment for our family in that there were two beautiful heated pools, security gate, shuffle board, basketball/tennis court, and playground. Of course the beautiful sandy white beaches is where we spent most of the time :-) We were also very glad to be so close to grocery stores and very affordable dinning options. Steve and Cheryl were very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting us as we planned our stay. Their F.Y.I. information which was included in the key package, was very useful in selecting things to do and places to eat. Steve and Cheryl are VERY enthusiastic about giving advice to make your stay full of wonderful lasting memories. We have experienced spring, summer, and fall and always left with looking forward to our next vacation stay in either their two or three bedroom condo!  We had a wonderful family vacation staying here at Pinnacle Port. The view was gorgeous from the balcony--the sunsets absolutely breathtaking! The condo was clean and well-maintained, and furnished with all the necessary amenities. We had no problems with our stay and the owners were very friendly and helpful during the booking process. Pinnacle Port is such a unique place, with nice pools and a long stretch of beautiful beach, quietly tucked on the West end of PCB. It offers a very family-friendly atmosphere, with activities for kids. I felt very safe vacationing with our children here. We will definitely return--hopefully sooner than later!

 Steve, Just a note to let you know we greatly enjoyed our week at the beach and in your 3 bedroom condo at Pinnacle Port. We’ve been going to Pinnacle Port for 8-9 years now… and this was our first time in a 3 bedroom. The condo was neat, clean, and great layout with plenty of room. With having 3 bedrooms with 2 separate king beds and 2 full size beds... for once no one had to use the sofa sleeper. And the first floor location made for easy access to both the beach and the lake. Wonderful week with clear ocean, good weather, and very little crowd. That’s what we love about Pinnacle Port. And as for Salty Sue’s… in the 8 or 9 years we’ve been going to Pinnacle Port and Panama City Beach, we had never been there. Not really sure why… but this time we went… twice. And next year… we will be going back again. Great food (and plenty of it), and great service. As was the process of renting your condo.. thanks for all the help and information… and we will return.

We returned yesterday from the 3 bedroom condo at Pinnacle Port. We had such a wonderful week and the condo was great for our family! The Pinnacle Port complex is very family friendly and much quieter than other condos in Panama City - very relaxing! We appreciated the cleanliness and all of the helpful details (like kitchen utensils, plenty of towels etc.) The process of renting this condo for the week was a great experience. Steve was very helpful with all of the details of the condo and also of the area (restaurant suggestions etc.) By the way thanks for suggesting Salty Sue's! We loved it! We ate there and got take out 4 times! Great experience all the way around!

Hi Steve,I just wanted to leave a review about the condo and didn't see anywhere to leave one. We had a family of six with 4 children ranging from 8_14. There was plenty of room. It was easy access to pool and beach. The room was very clean. I did love the keyless lock it came in handy with the kids. The washer and dryer were great. My kids loved the shuffle board, basketball, tennis,bocce ball and the park. They could go by themselves being so close. My older two went paddle boarding on the lake and loved it. We did see dolphins three days in a row from the balcony. The beach was very clean. My children went crab hunting and loved finding seashells. Overall we had a wonderful time and would definitely rent again. Thanks Steve and Cheryl for making our first time a great one.
