I offer a 2 bedroom 2 full bath beachfront condo rental by owner. This unit sleeps 8 with 1 king, 1 queen, 2 twins and an enhanced queen size sofa sleeper. Each room has a smart flat screen. Kitchen is fully appointed and current with many extras. This unit also offers a full sunset view from mid fall to near spring.

Amenities

Bike rentals are available, grilling/picnic areas are present. A children's playground is present, both lake and gulf fishing, boat launch and docking. We have tennis, bocce ball court, horse shoes, several shuffle board areas. Checkouts may be secured at office. Nearby grocery shopping, 3 smart flat-screen TV, WI-FI, 2 pools, my FYI with your entry package as well as both Cheryl or Steve 402-981-9463 for any other questions both before entry and after as well as my 30 years of rental-by-owner experience......Steve 402-981-9463

All arrivals after 4:00 PM...All departures by 10:00 AM...My rentals are Sat. to Sat...in the event that less that 7 nights are needed you might compare our all-inclusive weekly cost to 5 or 6 nights at a daily rate cost and fees to other rentals.

2024 CONDO RENTAL RATES

Complete (tax, cleaning and fees) weekly (Sat. to Sat.) pricing begins at $1456.00 to a season high of $2500.00. A refundable deposit ($200.00) may be added or a prepayment of $200.00 will be required.

All rates are subject to change unless specified in a current rental contract.
